Trial & billing

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full access to every ranked drop and the entire breakdown archive. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price shown on the pricing section until you cancel.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. After the 7-day free trial your subscription renews automatically at the displayed monthly or annual price until you cancel. We show the exact renewal amount before you start, and you can cancel from your account at any time.

What if I don't like it — can I get a refund?

Cancel any time during the 7-day trial and you pay nothing. If you're charged for your first paid period, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge — just email [email protected].

Is my payment information secure?

Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Payment processing will be handled by a established payment provider once checkout is fully connected; until then, checkout shows a clear setup notice rather than collecting card details.

Watching

What devices can I watch on?

streampoint works in any modern web browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone. We don't currently offer native mobile apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads, so we don't claim them.

Can I download clips to watch offline?

No. streampoint is a streaming service for the web only. We don't offer offline downloads, and we won't pretend to.

Can I share my account?

Your subscription is for personal use. Sharing credentials is against our Terms; we may limit simultaneous sessions to keep things fair for everyone.

The ranking & content

How do you choose the daily ranked drop?

A small human team in Limassol watches the day's tournaments, ranked ladders, and scrims, then ranks the thirty best moments and selects the #1 drop. No algorithm decides the ranking — people do.

When does the ranking refresh?

Every day at 00:00 in your own local timezone. The on-page countdown shows exactly how long until the next drop lands.

Will the same play stay #1 forever?

No. The ladder resets every day at local midnight, so #1 changes daily. Past drops live in the members' archive, but the daily ranking is always fresh.

Can I submit my own highlight or breakdown?

Yes — players and creators can pitch clips and breakdowns to [email protected]. We review submissions for quality and copyright clearance before any feature.
