These Terms govern your use of streampoint.live ("streampoint"), a subscription video service operated by Pelaris Gaming Media Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus (Ltd) at Fragklinou Rousvelt 247, Flat 402, 3046 Limassol, Cyprus. By using streampoint you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

streampoint provides a daily human-curated ranking of esports highlights and frame-by-frame breakdowns, accessible through a modern web browser. We do not currently provide native apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Subscriptions are for personal use; sharing credentials is prohibited and we may limit simultaneous sessions.

3. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

4. Subscription, automatic renewal & cancellation

After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the monthly or annual price displayed at checkout until you cancel. The renewal amount is shown before you start. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Payment

Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Payment processing will be handled by an established payment provider once checkout is fully connected. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.

6. Content & intellectual property

All content is provided for personal viewing. You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly perform content. Creator submissions and copyright matters are governed by our Content Policy and DMCA Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or scrape, download, or rebroadcast content.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
