Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you are never charged — there is nothing to refund.

If you are charged for your first paid period after the trial, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

After the guarantee window

Beyond the first-charge guarantee, payments for periods already started are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals and keep access through the period you've paid for. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
